Now you can call to other Adepto Telecom users for free. Here are the steps you need to take to start calling free to other users of Adepto Telecom:

1. Sign up for a free account by clicking here
2. Download Adepto Telecom SoftPhone by clicking here, install and login with your account and password. You can also use (by downloading configuration data) our:
- Windows Vista compatible softphone (easy to use and easy to configure). Click here to download (zipped rar file). Click here for non zipped file.
- Web based Vista compatible dialer. Click here to use. Our SIP ip domain is: sipagate.com
- X-Lite softphone. Click here to download.
3. Simply dial 699, then the Adepto Telecom ID of the person you wish to call. For example if their user ID is 123456, you would dial 699123456. Calls to other Adepto Telecom users are free!

Device to Phone calling
You can now call anywhere you like using your SIP phone/hardware. Adepto Telecom can offer services using the latest IP devices, such as the Cisco ATA. These low cost devices connect directly to your broadband internet connection and remove the need to make calls using your PC. Cisco ATA helps to convert your ordinary analog phones into SIP phones. This device is great for call shops, internet cafes, businesses or even home use. Customer can also benefit from free calls using these devices!

Callback service
You can now use Adepto Telecom low rates to make calls from your mobile phone, or to connect any 2 phones worldwide, using our callback service and where you do not need to download anything or will not need a PC or headphones.

There are 4 ways to initiate calls - you can use the method that is most convenient to you:

- using your mobile phone by sending an SMS (text message)
- using our web based trigger
- using our wap based trigger
- using any regular landline or mobile phone

All services are particularly useful if travelling or if you want to make low-cost calls from a country when pc2phone services have been blocked.

Calling via access numbers
Now our calling via access number service is available in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Greece, United Kingdom and United States (more countries to be added soon).

We have two solutions:

1. If you are a resident of UK? Call anywhere via our access numbers. All you need is a landline or mobile. Just dial the access number assigned to the destination of your choice and once connected enter the number you wish to dial.
More than 65 countries are at the rate of 2p per minute. Please go to www.adeptodial.co.uk to start using this service. Service at the moment is available to UK residents only.

2. If you are a resident of Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Greece, Spain, United Kingdom or United States you can now use benefits of Adepto Telecom's dialling via access number service (TeleAccess) that allows you to reach your International contacts on local or national numbers in your country. Imagine all your International contacts now having numbers of your country of residence.
Use your Adepto Telecom sipagate account to make calls from your mobile or landline - anywhere and anytime. All you need to do is pre-authorise (register) your phone number via our online customer control panel and you are ready to make calls. For more information and to get started please visit our TeleAccess service.

To authorise your phone:

1. Login with your username and password via www.sipagate.com/customers
2. Go to the ANI service and enter your phone number - this can be any phone worldwide, as long as caller ID is displayed from that line. The number must be entered with your country code, but without any 00 or 011 e.g for a UK mobile it would be 447870123456
Please note that if you are calling a local number, your caller ID may be passed to our system as a local number, so you may also need to authorise your number in the local format too.
3. Call any of the access numbers given. You will pay your existing provider the normal rate to call the chosen number.
4. Your phone number will be recognised and you should follow the prompts to enter the destination number. Your Adepto Telecom account will be charged for the call to the destination number!
